Our Events2nd Annual Ride for YouthLast Saturday, our Halifax Clubs hosted their 2nd annual Ride for Youth. Riders from all over came to ride the scenic 60 miles around Lake Gaston. The ride ended at Littleton Food and Spirits, where there was live music, food, and raffles. There was marvelous turn out this year - all the proceeds generated by the event go directly to our Halifax Clubs. Riders came out in force to show their support for our community and children. The Boys & Girls Clubs is incredibly thankful for everyone’s help - whether volunteering, donating, or being a rider. We would like to thank the event sponsors, Coldwell Banker Advantage, Enviva, Littleton Food & Spirits, Healthy Blue NC, Collier Harley-Davidson, Halifax County Sheriff's Office (thank you for leading the ride!), Hilton Garden Inn Roanoke Rapids, Dr. Bert & Bessie Piggott, and The Counsel Rye Lodge. Thank you so much and we hope to see you again next year! 2019 Annual Fishing TournamentThank you so much to Collins Inc. - Bass For Cash Series, our sponsors, and all the fishermen (and ladies) for a great day of fishing on Saturday.
